After 14 years of silence, Polish band BY MILLION WIRES<\/strong> returns with the EP \u201cNot Over\u201d<\/em> \u2014 a raw and mature story of survival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the most direct and emotionally charged release in the band\u2019s history, blending post-rock atmospheres with alternative intensity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BY MILLION WIRES<\/strong> is a Polish Tarn\u00f3w-based band navigating the borders of alternative rock, progressive rock, indie rock, post-rock, and dream pop.
Founded in 2007, the group quickly gained a reputation as one of the most intriguing acts on the Polish independent scene. Following their enthusiastically received debut, “Letters to the Absent<\/em>” (2012) \u2014 which garnered stellar reviews both at home and abroad \u2014 the band entered a phase of intense sonic exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Fourteen years after the debut, the Polish band By Million Wires<\/strong> breaks their silence. Their latest release, the EP titled “Not Over<\/em><\/strong>“, is a chronicle of the journey the band has taken from dreamlike post-rock to a more mature, alternative form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


“Not Over<\/em><\/strong>” is material that was forged in the shadows. Although the first recordings were made several years ago, the band chose to release them only now, feeling that these sounds resonate most fully today. The most significant change is the vocal layer \u2013 guitarist Mirek Skrok<\/strong> has taken over frontman duties. His deep, emotional voice perfectly complements the dense guitar textures the band has been known for for years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Musically, the new record is still the By Million Wires<\/strong> we remember \u2013 music full of contrasts, tension-building, and space \u2013 but in a more direct and raw version. It\u2019s a record about survival, continuity, and the fact that some stories simply never end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, By Million Wires<\/strong> returns with new energy and the self-produced album stands as a testament to maturity, patience, and an unwavering belief in the power of sound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Promotion of the material began with the release of three singles: “Over<\/em><\/strong>“, “I Know Better<\/em><\/strong>“, and “Glass Houses<\/strong><\/em>“), while the full album will be available on all streaming services starting May 1st, 2026<\/strong>. Music for EP “Not Over<\/em><\/strong>” was recorded at Raven Studio<\/strong> (Merkabah<\/strong>, Disperse<\/strong>)  in Skrzyszow, and was mixed and mastered by Krzysztof Krupa<\/strong> (Acid Drinkers<\/strong>, AnVision<\/strong>). Single & album cover artworks was done by leader of the band, Mirek Skrok<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
